En el siguiente articulo veremos como puede optimizarse la comunicaci\u00f3n entre los hoteles y sus clientes para as\u00ed evitar malas opiniones y recomendaciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un mundo cada vez m\u00e1s digitalizado, la opini\u00f3n y la calificaci\u00f3n de los usuarios en redes sociales juegan un rol fundamental. Pueden resultar una gran ayuda para los hoteles. Tambi\u00e9n pueden hundir definitivamente al negocio. Fidelizar con el hu\u00e9sped para lograr una mejor reputaci\u00f3n online puede asegurar el \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Es sabido que la comunicaci\u00f3n entre las empresas y los clientes -los que ya lo son y los potenciales- es fundamental en los tiempos que corren. En realidad, siempre lo fue, solo que el avance vertiginoso de la tecnolog\u00eda proporciona m\u00e1s herramientas, por un lado, a los consumidores para que puedan hacer llegar las dudas, consultas, quejas o reclamos; y a las empresas, para responderlas. Como sucede con cualquier herramienta, su buen o mal uso har\u00e1 que se obtengan buenos o malos resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Francisco Lalanne, Responsable de Comunicaci\u00f3n de Trivago Argentina, &#8220;hay que aprender a gestionar la reputaci\u00f3n del hotel. La idea no es combatir a los hu\u00e9spedes exigentes, sino transformarlos en los mejores embajadores del establecimiento&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lalanne considera que &#8220;es importante no dejarse llevar por las pasiones a la hora de recibir opiniones y aprender a distinguir entre hu\u00e9spedes exigentes de aquellos que tienen cierta malicia.
