Por ejemplo, con una simple aplicaci\u00f3n o programa, la empresa puede hacer que al cliente le lleguen por e-mail o al celular unas preguntas sencillas y amigables, tipo un chat online, sobre la experiencia que ha tenido\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs muy f\u00e1cil y divertida para responder, ya que se pueden contestar las preguntas de satisfacci\u00f3n con caritas similares a las de aplicaciones muy famosas como Whatsapp. Esas respuestas van a la Gerencia, de manera tal de poder resolver r\u00e1pidamente si hubiera una queja o reclamo\u201d, destaca el emprendedor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:14px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/mariaceciliafreccero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cecilia Freccero<\/a>, Coach Comercial y Directora de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grupoeclipse.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Grupo Eclipse<\/a> aporta: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCuando uno est\u00e1 enojado o disconforme, lo primero que espera y desea es que alguien del otro lado lo escuche y lo atienda bien; y si puede resolver su inquietud o problema, mejor a\u00fan. Para eso, es fundamental la comunicaci\u00f3n directa: el contestador autom\u00e1tico o el ya famoso libro de quejas quedaron obsoletos y generan m\u00e1s enojo que otra cosa, en un cliente que ya est\u00e1 ofuscado\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, si el cliente responde de forma negativa, le llegar\u00e1 un mensaje avis\u00e1ndole que alg\u00fan responsable de la empresa se estar\u00e1 comunicando con \u00e9l para solucionar el inconveniente, explicaron los responsables.
