La cruz de Porter establece cinco fuerzas principales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Poder de negociaci\u00f3n con los consumidores.<br><\/li><li>Poder de negociaci\u00f3n con los proveedores.<br><\/li><li>Amenaza de nuevos competidores.<br><\/li><li>Amenazas de productos sustitutos.<br><\/li><li>Rivalidad entre los competidores.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir de aca vamos a ver cada una de ellas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"267\" height=\"260\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eclipseexperience.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/cruz_porter.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-427\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Poder de negociaci\u00f3n con los consumidores<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para poder saber de esto es necesario conocer a los consumidores del mercado, como son sus h\u00e1bitos de compra, sus exigencias, sus necesidades, si son compradores profesionales o emocionales, si buscan m\u00e1s bien por precio o por calidad.<br><br>Si existen muchos competidores, el consumidor inevitablemente va a tener un mayor poder de negociaci\u00f3n con tu marca, debido la oferta y la demanda.<br><br>Luego, se recomienda puntuar eso. Por ejemplo: \u201cPoder de negociaci\u00f3n con los consumidores: 4\u201d, en una escala del 1 al 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Poder de negociaci\u00f3n con los proveedores<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los proveedores ser\u00edan los de las materias primas, quienes te proveen el producto final. Tambi\u00e9n lo ser\u00e1n los servicios, los profesionales que contrates y todo insumo tangible o intangible que le agregue valor a tu marca.<br><br>El poder de negociaci\u00f3n se centra en la posibilidad de que el proveedor venda sus propios productos en forma independiente, o que nos descarte como clientes por no ser buenos compradores. Tambi\u00e9n depender\u00e1 del tama\u00f1o del proveedor, de la disponibilidad de liquidez y de la cantidad de proveedores que haya en el mercado.<br><br>Tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1s que asignar una ponderaci\u00f3n, como \u201cPoder de negociaci\u00f3n con proveedores: 3\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Amenaza de nuevos competidores<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depender\u00e1 sobre todas las cosas de la imposibilidad o la complicaci\u00f3n de entrar en la industria por nuevos actores. O sea, aquellas restricciones reales o normativas que impiden que ingresen nuevos competidores al mercado.<br><br>Cuando una industria es atractiva, como en el caso de por ejemplo las agencias de publicidad digital, es muy probable que la cantidad de competidores aumente a una velocidad muy alta. En este caso, vamos a usar una ponderaci\u00f3n alta: \u201cAmenaza de nuevos competidores: 4\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Amenaza de productos sustitutos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dentro del mercado hay que ver las posibilidades de que el cliente opte por un producto distinto.<br><br>El cliente puede cambiar de marca porque cambiaron sus necesidades, porque vari\u00f3 su budget o bien porque cambiaron los precios de los dem\u00e1s productos, entre otras causas.<br><br>La amenaza de productos sustitutos, en este caso, podr\u00eda tener un \u201c2\u201d como valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Rivalidad entre los competidores<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes que nada, tenemos que determinar lo que podemos llamar como \u201cset competitivo\u201d: un grupo de cinco, seis o siete competidores que directos que analizaremos a lo largo de la vida de nuestro negocio.<br><br>Una vez seleccionados, trataremos de ver de qu\u00e9 manera existe esa competencia, si existe guerra de precios, si hay cooperaci\u00f3n, indiferencia o si existe una alta rivalidad.
